How we approach security
TimeTick handles telemetry and test data from your charging infrastructure. This page describes our current security practices in plain terms.
Encryption
Data in transit between your infrastructure, the TimeTick platform, and your browser is encrypted via TLS. Data at rest is encrypted at the infrastructure level through our cloud provider.
Workspace isolation
Each customer's test runs, telemetry, and reports live in their own workspace, with access scoped per account.
