Can you back up the reliability figure you report?
TimeTick Compliance checks your reliability figure before you report it.
Under UK PCPR, operators must keep their rapid charging network 99% reliable over a year and publish the figure. TimeTick Compliance recalculates that figure from your OCPI data. Before you file, it shows which charge points pull it down.
Three checks before you file
Your reliability figure
Recalculated from your own OCPI status data, charge point by charge point.
The data behind it
Gaps and inconsistencies in the status data, found before they reach the report.
Supporting test results
Dated TimeTick test results you can keep next to the report.
Built from data you already have
Share your OCPI data
Give TimeTick access to your network's OCPI status data for the reporting period.
We prepare the draft
TimeTick calculates the reliability figure and prepares a draft UK PCPR reliability report.
You review and file
Go through the draft with our team, ask about any charge point, and file the report yourself.
What you take to the regulator
Draft UK PCPR reliability report
Built from your OCPI data for the reporting period.
Supporting test results
Dated test results and logs from TimeTick runs, if you also test with TimeTick.

Regulations we work with
Choose a regulation to see what it requires and where TimeTick helps.
UK PCPR
Europe & UKChecked against the regulation textRapid charge points (50 kW+) must keep 99% network-wide reliability, averaged over a calendar year
In effect since November 2024. Operators publish compliance data on their own website.
Up to £10,000 per network for missing the 99% reliability requirement. Up to £10,000 per charge point for other duties, such as contactless payment, roaming and open data.
We recalculate your reliability figure from your OCPI data. You see which charge points pull it down before you publish it.

EU AFIR
Europe & UKChecked against the regulation textPrice transparency and data interoperability through national access points (NAP/DATEX II)
Regulation (EU) 2025/655. The in-force date for this requirement is still to be confirmed.
Set by each EU member state. The regulation doesn't set a single level.
We're working on checks of the data you send to the national access point and of the prices you publish.
EU CRA
Europe & UKDetails still being clarifiedManufacturers of connected equipment must report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents within 24 hours
Incident reporting from September 11, 2026. Full conformity (CE) by December 2027.
To be confirmed. The regulation provides for substantial penalties.
TimeTick doesn't cover incident reporting. TimeTick Readiness can test the charger–backend connection under Security Profiles and check certificates before a release.
ISO 15118-20
Europe & UKDetails still being clarifiedProtocol-level support for next-generation Plug & Charge and bidirectional (V2G) charging
Mandatory from January 1, 2027 under Regulation (EU) 2025/656. On April 28, 2026, CharIN asked the European Commission to clarify the scope. The open questions are whether it covers AC or DC charging, and public or private infrastructure.
No fine as such. The risk is incompatibility with newer vehicles and lost tenders.
TimeTick doesn't test ISO 15118-20 scenarios yet. Leave your details and we'll tell you when it does.
Germany Eichrecht
Europe & UKDetails still being clarifiedMetrological transparency on charging costs. The end customer must be able to verify meter readings independently.
In effect for new stations since 2019. Further updates are still to be confirmed.
Set by the regional regulator (Eichamt)
TimeTick checks that signed meter data (OCMF) passes through OCPP sessions intact. Meter calibration and receipt reconciliation stay with your metrology provider.

US 23 CFR 680
United StatesChecked against the regulation textEvery public charging port funded under Title 23 must show average annual uptime above 97% (23 CFR §680.102, §680.116). This covers NEVI, CFI, CMAQ, STBG and flex-funded stations.
Recalculated monthly on a trailing 12-month basis (23 CFR 680.116(b))
Set in the state or FHWA grant agreement. There is no single level.
We're working on test results that support the uptime figure you calculate yourself, before you report it.

California CEC
United StatesChecked against the regulation textPublicly funded fast chargers built since 2024 must be operational at least 97% of the time
In effect since 2024 for newly built stations (AB 2061, AB 126)
To be set by the regulator
We're working on test results against the 97% threshold, before and after a station goes live.
